1. How many days in advance should I call you to set up my order?

From 2 days to 2 weeks is right. We can make your order the same day and sometimes it takes a few days, but in most of the cases is quick. If you want the most current pricing, and you get that by staying within two weeks of your first available date to ship. Believe it, $50-$75 can really hold up your order, because in most cases there are plenty of other cars available to ship at the higher pricing. So to avoid that, do not book more than a month in advance , we recommend within two weeks, because seasonal changes can move the pricing a lot.

2. How does the Auto Shipping Process work?

After you place the order with us, we arrange for a qualified, licensed and insured auto carrier to transport your car from its current location to the desired destination. At American Premium Logistics, we do not collect money upfront.
Once we have made car transport arrangements with a driver and we dispatch him, we will contact you to make the last shipping arrangements.

The driver will contact you and he will give you enough notice to arrange pickup and delivery.

3. Do I have to pay a deposit?

No, you don’t have to pay any deposit, you don’t have to pay anything until the car is picked up. No reputable companies will ask you for a deposit but this is not the way that we like to work.

4. How long does it take to deliver my vehicle?

5. Is my vehicle insured?

Yes, your vehicle will be full insured. It is our job to make sure that it will be. When we dispatch the driver to pick up your vehicle we automatically send you an Order Confirmation explaining the complete process.

The Federal Highway Administration requires all auto transporters to maintain a valid insurance policy.

When the driver pick up your vehicle, he will do a detailed examination on the Bill of Lading and Vehicle Inspection Report. You will both sign that form and you should receive a copy. That way you can be sure your car will be in the same conditions, In the unlikely event damage occurs, it must be noted on the bill of lading upon delivery and signed by the driver and owner or agent. If the damage is not described on the bill of lading, no claims will be honored. delivery.

6. Should I be present when the car is picked / delivered?

You or someone else over the age of 18 has to be there to sign the Bill of Lading condition report at pick up / delivery.

7. Can you transport a vehicle from Hawaii and Alaaska?
